Vanessa Martin has spent nearly two decades working within the vacation ownership industry across sales leadership, owner communications, operations, training, and ownership-related services.
Throughout her career, she has worked directly with owners navigating changing life circumstances, financial shifts, inherited ownership situations, and evolving ownership needs.
Ownership Resolution Group was created to provide a calmer, more professional, and education-focused approach to ownership-related challenges through structured guidance and responsible resolution pathways.
ORG focuses on helping owners better understand their options while maintaining a professional and measured process-oriented approach.
Built on Industry Experience
Ownership Resolution Group was founded by Vanessa Martin, who brings more than 18 years of experience across the vacation ownership industry, including sales leadership, owner communication, operational strategy, analytics, and consumer engagement. That experience provided firsthand insight into both the opportunities and challenges owners may encounter throughout the lifecycle of vacation ownership. Through years of direct interaction with owners, industry professionals, and operational systems, ORG was developed with the goal of creating a more measured and professional framework for ownership guidance.
